This is an application of the State for condonation of delay in filing an Appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act challenging the Award of the Reference Court.

Heard the learned A.G.P. as well as Shri. E.S. Murge, learned Counsel appearing for the Non-Applicant.

Though Shri E.S. Murge, the learned Counsel for the NonApplicant opposed the application, averments made in the application are not countered by filing affidavit. The sufficient cause is made out by the Applicants/State. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned.
