1.

Learned advocate for the respondent, on instructions, states that proceeding bearing HMP No. A312 of 2014 pending before learned Judge, Family Court at Nanded is being withdrawn by the respondent.

Learned advocate for the present respondent further fairly states that other proceeding pending at Nanded about custody of child may also be transferred to Ahmedpur, however, it be directed to be proceeded with expeditiously.

In view of aforesaid, proceeding bearing No. D2 of 2014

{2} ra96-17 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Nanded stands transferred to a competent court at Ahmedpur for further expeditious disposal with a direction that the same be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of papers from Nanded.

In view of above, interim relief operating hitherto stands vacated.

Accordingly, order sought to be reviewed stands recalled and replaced by aforesaid order.
