Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

This application is for withdrawal of amount. The learned counsel for applicant places reliance on the order passed by this Court dated 8th December, 2023 in Civil Application No.14436 of 2023 alongwith connected matters. The application is opposed by the landed counsel for appellant. However, considering the above, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

I.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest on

926 ca.6965.24.odt furnishing usual undertaking. The remaining 25% amount is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent security/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

II.

With this, application stands disposed of.
