The applicants seek permission to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Bapurao Laxman Gawali, who expired on 28.12.2023. The death certificate issued by Grampanchayat, Gawalwadi is attached with the application.

The applicants are stated to be the legal heirs of the deceased. The application is filed within three months. There is no impediment in allowing the application. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).
