I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The writ petitions pertain to the year 2005 and are being taken up for final hearing. A service dispute is involved. All the respondents/ employees have succeeded before the School Tribunal and have been granted reinstatement in service. Most of them are not yet accommodated by the petitioner/Management.

In view of the above, these civil applications, seeking leave to khs/AUGUST 2019/

- 2 - produce documents in the writ petition, are allowed. The petitioner shall place the said documents on record in the writ petitions with proper pagination, within two weeks.

The respondents are at liberty to enter an additional affidavit in reply in view of the documents being brought on record. 4.
