Heard. The amount involved is Rs.16,49,600/-. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that the applicant is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- within a period of two weeks from today.

The applicant claims to be a Clerk of the Cooperative Credit Society and not a Director thereof though he has been designated so in the F.I.R. There are more than 5 accused. Since the applicant claims to be a Clerk and is ready to deposit the sum of Rs.2,50,000/- within two weeks, the application is allowed. In the event of arrest of the applicant in

connection with C.R. No.023/2023, registered with Satara Police Station, Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, the applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant to deposit the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- before the trial Court. On deposit, the trial Court shall ensure that the said amount is paid to the Head Office of the Credit Society immediately. If the applicant fails to deposit the amount within two weeks, the anticipatory bail granted to the applicant shall stand cancelled.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall appear before the investigating officer as and when necessary.
