By these Civil Applications, the Applicants, who are the original Petitioners, pray for amendment of the petitions by adding certain paragraphs and documents as have been set out in the respective Civil Applications.

Certain events that have occurred subsequent to the filing of the petitions and which are germane to the cause of action, are sought to

Shri A.V.Hon, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1 in all these petitions, opposes the applications. He submits that the proposed amendment is not necessary. Subsequent events have no impact on the petitions. He prays for rejection of the applications. Considering the above and the reasons stated in the Civil Applications, the same are allowed. The Petitioner is permitted to bring on record the proposed amendment along with the documents as set out in the respective Civil Applications, within a period of THREE WEEKS from today.

After the amended copies of the petitions are served on the Respondents, liberty to file additional affidavits in reply within THREE WEEKS thereafter, is granted.

In the light of the above, all these petitions shall stand over to 09.10.2015 subject to the compliance of the above order. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
