The Bailiff vide report dated 24.5.2018 returned the notices of respondent nos.1 and 2 on the ground that the house found locked. The appellant has failed to take steps from last more than one and half years. Therefore, the appeal was notified on 4.11.2019. Thereafter also the appellants failed to take steps. Consequently, the appeal stands dismissed against respondent nos.1 and 2 for want of prosecution by virtue of provisions under Chapter VII Rule 6 (1)(e) of the High Court Appellate Side Rules.
