This civil application has been taken out to carry out amendment to the pending writ petition i.e. by adding parties, correcting the date of the impugned order and also annexing various documents which are annexed to the civil application. These documents are evidence of particulars of expenses incurred by the petitioner for contesting the election.

The respondents do not object to the application. 3.

As the petition has not yet been admitted, the applicant is allowed to carry out the necessary amendment to the pending petition. The amendment to be carried out within a period of 2 khs/MAY 2017/5364
