Learned A.G.P. appearing for concerned answering Respondents submits that by order dated 28/02/2025, the District Collector, Latur has considered and decided the Petitioner's proposal and the same has been rejected. She tenders across the bar a copy of the said order and the same is taken on record. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the Petitioner may be challenged the same before the appropriate forum.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this Contempt Petition and the same stands disposed of.
