Affidavit in reply has been presented on behalf of respondent no.04 wherein it has been stated that a sum of Rs. 1,66,923/- has been paid together with gratuity amount of Rs. 43,185/- and amount
(2) C.P. No. 0243 of 2017 towards provident fund amounting to Rs. 1252 and Rs. 2002/-. A communication dated 05th May, 2015, in that regard has been placed on record together with affidavit at Exhibit "R-1". It is also further pointed out that a proposal for grant of pension has already been forwarded on 05th May, 2015 by the Agricultural Produce Market Committee.

Since respondent no.04 has complied with the directions issued by this court, while disposing of Writ Petition No. 04639 of 2003, grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant contempt petition does not deserve to be considered.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of. Notices issued earlier stand discharged.
