Learned counsel for petitioner fairly refers to order dated 24-03-2010 passed by this court in writ petition no. 3048 of 2007 making reference to Government Resolutions dated 19-03-1998, 30-09-2002, 30-01-2004 and 26-08-2005 which has been relied on by present petitioner - union. In the same, the State had in reply pointed out that direct absorption of parttime employees is not provided for and had opposed the prayers therefor.

It appears that the court had not granted the prayers of petitioners but had been pleased to issue certain directions. 3.

In view of the same, we do not deem it appropriate to pass any e orders in present matter.
