The learned counsel submits that the real sister of the petitioner is issued with the Validity Certificate under the order of this Court still the Committee is not considering the same and deciding the validation proceeding of the petitioner.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent. The Committee shall decide the Validation Proceeding in respect of the Tribe Claim of the petitioner before 16.06.2021 considering that the petitioner is exploring the possibilities of seeking admission in the provisional course. 3.

The petitioner may show the judgments of this Court to the Committee issued in favour of the real sister of the petitioner, naturally the same will have to be considered by the Committee while deciding the matter. Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 05.04.2021. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
