The petitioners have assailed the notices issued to them to submit resignation of the post Anganvadi Sevika. The notices are issued on 03.01.2016, 04.01.2016, 04.02.2016, 10.02.2016 and 18.02.2016. The petition appears to have been filed on 11.03.2016. Since then, no steps were taken by petitioners.

Considering the time lag, nothing would survive in the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
