Heard learned Advocates appearing for respective parties. 2.

The Acquiring Body filed Appeal assailing award passed by Reference Court in L.A.R.No.502/2016. The Reference Court granted compensation of Rs.2,35,400/- alongwith statutory benefits. This Court while granting stay to the impugned award directed Acquiring Body to deposit 75% amount as per award of Reference Court.

Office note shows that Acquiring Body has deposited Rs.14,86,931/-.

In that view of the matter, claimants/applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% amount out of amount deposited by appellant by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The applicants are further permitted to withdraw balance of the amount on furnishing solvent
