This application is for restoration of the WPST/8778/2024 which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant makes statement that dismissal has occurred before issuance of notice to the Respondents. As such, no prejudice will cause to the Respondents if the application is allowed.

Perusal of the application shows that there is no intentional or inordinate delay caused in seeking Umesh

989-CA-2917-2025.odt restoration of the Petition. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. Petition stands restored to the stage at which it dismissed.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. If office objections are not removed within this time, the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
