This application has been filed for amendment in writ petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The petitioner to carry out necessary amendment within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

As far as prayers in the main writ petition are concerned, the learned AGP has tendered an order dated 12.06.2024 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur thereby granting approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the purpose of prayer clause (B) is
