CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 5630 OF 2011 IN APPLICANTS Mr. Sangale, learned AGP submits that as decision regarding filing of the appeal was taken at different levels and ultimately after preparation of different chart, drafts were prepared and arrangements for payment of court fees according to rules was made, the first appeals came to be filed and hence the delay has occurred.

Considering the submissions, it appears that sufficient reasons are made out. The application, therefore, allowed without any order as to costs. Delay in filing first appeal is condoned.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 5631 OF 2011 IN APPLICANTS Considering the challenge in the present appeal, stay to the execution of the impugned award is hereby granted, upon deposit of 50% of the award amount, together with up to date proportionate interest in this Court, if not already deposited, within twelve weeks from today.

Application stand disposed of accordingly.
