PER COURT :- Learned AGP appearing for the State has placed on record the copies of the charge sheets issued against the then Chief Officer of the Municipal Council as well as the Deputy Engineer, who are alleged to have committed irregularities. The copies of the charge sheets issued on 17.5.2016 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view of issuance of charge sheets against the erring officers, the grievances of the petitioners stand redressed. The Writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioners, in order to demonstrate bonafides, were directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- in this Court. Counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly assures to donate a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the Aurangabad High Court Bar Association's Library. Amount of Rs.25,000/- shall be transferred to the account of the Library of Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, bench at Aurangabad and the balance of Rs.25,000/- shall be refunded to the petitioners.
