Since the Petitioner is praying for disposal of the Writ Petition in the light of an order passed on 08.03.2024 in a similar Writ Petition bearing no. 12304 of 2023 (Sangita Revannath Holkar Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors), the Writ Petition is restored by

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner relies upon a fresh Government Resolution dated 02.02.2024, issued by the Finance Department of the State of Maharashtra, with the following subject:- "दि. 01.11.2005 पूብኍ पभरत जादि रात/अदिसूचना दिन्ቇदितझालेल्या izdj.kh शासनसेብኍेतदि. 01.11.2005 रोज दि ंብኍा त्यानंतर रुजू झालेल्या शास य अदि ार /

He submits on instructions that his grievance is redressed and this Petition can be disposed off in terms of the options available under the said Government Resolution.

In view of the above, with the liberty to the State Government to scrutinize every case in which the claimant/Petitioner would express his choice under the Government Resolution dated 02.02.2024, within the timeline prescribed, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
