The applicant has moved this application seeking one week time to furnish surety and to furnish the names and addresses of his three close relatives pursuant to the order dated 15.03.2017 passed by this Court. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and APP for the respondent/State. Considering the urgency in the matter I am inclined to allow the application. Hence the following order.

ORDER

a.

The application is allowed.

b.

The applicant is granted one week time to furnish surety in sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) and to furnish the names and addresses of his three close relative.

c.

In the meanwhile the applicant be released on furnishing cash bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/-. d.

Office is directed to forthwith issue appropriate order of release of the applicant on temporary bail on his furnishing cash bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/-.

e.

The application be registered.
