On objection raised by learned advocate for respondent No. 6, relying on the judgment given in the case of Ayaaubkhan Noorkhan Pathan Vs State of Maharashtra and others reported in (2013) 4 SCC 465, learned advocate for the petitioner on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to seek redressal of his grievance.
