The applicant claims to be a political worker and the Secretary of the Kantrati Kamgar Sanghatana Pune, which is concerned with the Provident Fund matters between non-applicant No.1 and non-applicant No.2.

Shri Paranjape, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant has a serious apprehension that a false statement was made before this Court that the P.F. amount concerning the workers has been deposited by the management with the P.F. establishment, based upon the letter dated 3.7.2015 Exhibit "X", cited before this Court. 3.

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2 - CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 4359 OF 2017 explanatory and the learned counsel for the P.F. Department has admitted that the amount mentioned in Exhibit "X" has been deposited with his office.

Shri Irpatgire, learned Advocate, on instructions, submits that the appeal of the petitioner before the National P.F. Appellate Tribunal is still pending. A Bench of the Tribunal has been created at Mumbai and his proceedings would be very soon transferred to the Bench at Mumbai. 5.
Shri Paranjape, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he would intervene in the proceedings before the Appellate Tribunal by filing an application.

Considering the above, this Application is disposed off with liberty to the applicant to move an application for intervention before the Appellate Tribunal and the same shall be considered on it's own merits by the Tribunal.
