Mr.Bhokarikar, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the Head Master of the institution has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appoitment of petitioners' employee - Shri Kiran Jagannath Suralkar, Junior

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appoitment of petitioners' employee as Junior Clerk (Exh.A) is pending with the Respondent No.2 then Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within six (6) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
