It is submitted that vide order dated 11.12.2024, the applicants were permitted to withdraw amount as deposited by the respondent corporation towards accidental death of Siddhappa Kshirsagar. It is submitted that during the pendency of this appeal, original claimant No.5 i.e. Subhash Kshirsagar expired on 19.1.2025. The applicants are only his LRs. In that view of the matter, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
