The learned AGP representing the Competent Committee submits that the claim of the Petitioner could be decided within one month, provided the Petitioner tenders her e-mail id, on which the Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report would be supplied and she should waive the statutory 15 days period of notice.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits an e-mail id as under :- elfkhn96@gmail.com which is checked and confirmed. It is further submitted that the hearing in the matter can be posted on the khs/March 2023/3071

- 2 - 5th day after delivering the Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report via e-mail. 3.

In view of the above statements, this petition is disposed off. We would expect the Competent Committee to deliver it' s order on or before 30.04.2023.
