The petitioners challenge the order dated 01.12.2021 passed below Exh.26 in R.C.S. No.625/2015 by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kallam, whereby the application filed by the applicants for adding them as party-respondent to the suit came to be rejected. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner verifies from the official website that the suit is now listed for evidence.

Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 01.12.2021 passed by the Trial Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
