Heard Mr. Barde, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The present petition arises out of order dated 21.03.2018 passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Ahmednagar in Reference (IT) No.05 of 2014, whereby the learned Tribunal refused to grant back-wages. While refusing to grant back-wages, the learned Tribunal has recorded the findings in para 24 wherein it was specifically observed that it has come in evidence that the 2nd party has been doing some labour work and earning for the family. Even otherwise, the 2nd party himself did not raise the dispute immediately after termination of services. Therefore, on this ground the backwages are denied. 3.

Considering the above observations, I find that the observations are proper and there is no perversity in the order dated 21.03.2018 passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Ahmednagar in Reference (IT) No.05 of 2014.
