Learned Advocate Mr. A. G. Ambetkar holding for learned Advocate Mr. A. T. Kanawade for the petitioner produced on record the written communication by the petitioner that he is pursuing the Collector and Zilla Parishad for the cause, he wanted to raise and, therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the Public Interest Litigation. The said communication is taken on record by marking as Exhibit- 'X'. Under the order of this Court dated 09.12.2016, the amount of Rs.25,000/- was deposited by the [1]

904-pil-106-2018.odt petitioner. Now, in Exhibit- 'X' he seeks withdrawal of the said amount. Important point to be noted is that it appears that earlier his Public Interest Litigation was dismissed on account of failure to remove office objections by order dated 18.07.2016. By order dated 09.12.2016 it was restored, however, thereafter, till today, the petitioner has not even got the matter circulated. Under such circumstance, out of the said amount of Rs.25,000/-, amount of Rs.5,000/- be credited to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad.

Rest of the amount be refunded to the petitioner. 3.

The Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of as withdrawn.
