Present Petition has been filed to direct respondent No.2 committee to decide the tribe claims of the petitioners which are pending since 4th October 2023.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

It appears that the petitioners are the students preparing for admission to professional courses. Petitioners claim that they

wp-3420.24 belongs to Scheduled Tribe category and therefore, they are in need of the validity certificates.

Since the claim of the petitioners are pending since 4th October 2023, taking into consideration the pendency before respondent No.2 and also the need of the petitioners, we direct respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners as early as possible and in any case within a period of four months from today.

5.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
