At the outset, learned counsel for Respondent has raised objection with regard to the maintainability of the Petition on the ground that second revision would be maintainable against the order impugned before the State Government.

Learned counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Petition with liberty file revision before the State Government. He further seeks exclusion of time spent in prosecuting present Petition from computation of period of limitation. He undertakes to file revision with a period of three weeks from today.

If revision is filed before the State Government within a period of three weeks, the issue of limitation neither be raised nor be entertained by the authority.

Petition is permitted to with withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Petition is dismissed accordingly.
