Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that pursuant to the impugned order dated 14th December, 2018, whereby, the Disciplinary proceedings was remitted back to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, the respondent No. 2 would conduct a fresh enquiry and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with the provisions of the Disciplinary Enquiry Rules, 1991.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to aforesaid proposition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that once enquiry is completed and order is passed, the petitioner may be provided with a copy of the the inquiry report and final order, on an application being made to that effect. Prayer seems reasonable, as enquiry was initiated at the instance of the petitioner. 5.

In view of the aforesaid developments in the intervening period, the petition does not survive . Hence the following order :

ORDER

Petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to furnish a copy of the Enqiury report and final order which may be passed against respondent No. 3, on an application to be submitted by the petitioner for a copy thereof.
