Today, this matter is listed under the caption of await service of Respondent No.2 and non removal of office objections. Needless to say that on 08.03.2023, the Applicants have presented the present Application seeking quashment of proceeding bearing Regular Criminal Case No.171 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Parbhani for the offices under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506(2) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. On 28.03.2023, this Court issued notice to the

However, since then, the Applicants have failed to serve the Respondent No.2 and no steps have been taken though sufficient opportunities granted by this Court. Under these Circumstances, it appears that the Petitioners having no interest to prosecute the present Petition. Hence, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
