Present Petition has been filed to direct respondent No.2 committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner which is pending since 30th December 2023.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

It appears that the petitioner is an aspiring student for the admission to the health science course. He claims that he

wp-3413.24 belongs to Scheduled Tribe category and therefore, he is in need of the validity certificate.

Since the claim of the petitioner is pending since 30th December 2023, taking into consideration the pendency before respondent No.2 and also the need of the petitioner, we direct respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case within a period six months from today.

5.

With the above directions the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
