Present petition can be disposed off in view of the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-Committee to decide the Tribe claim of the petitioner, which is pending since 30.12.2023.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondents.

It appears that the petitioner has appeared for NEET and MHT-CET, 2024 and is in need of validity. However, we find that the claim of the petitioner appears to be even belated. Though it is stated on behalf of the petitioner that earlier caste certificate was obtained, but it was not in proper format and, therefore, he was asked to get the same once again. We find that even for getting the proper format certificate, petitioner has taken about six months time. 4.

Taking into consideration pendency before the respondent no.2-Committee, as well as urgency of the petitioner, we dispose off the petition by directing the respondent no.2-Committee to decide the Tribe Claim of the

wp 3398.24.odt petitioner as early as possible, within a period of six (6) months from today.
