The present appeal is directed against the judgment and award dated 03.12.2014 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule in M.A.C.P. No.766 of 2006, whereby the claim of the respondents - claimants is allowed and they are entitled to receive compensation to the tune of

(( 2 )) 932-FA-1085-2015 Rs.12,37,642/-, including no fault liability with interest at the rate of 9% p.a. from the date of petition till its realization. The appellant - insurance company has challenged the award passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, on the various grounds, which requires final adjudication after perusal of the record and proceedings.
