Application is moved seeking permission to serve respondent nos.7 to 18 by paper proclamation. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that report of the bailiff is that office of respondent No. 7 is closed and respondent Nos. 8 to 18 are not residing on the given address. According to the learned counsel, address given is last known address of the respondents. Bailiff report also states the same fact.

In the light of above, the applicants/petitioners are permitted to serve respondent Nos.7 to 8 by paper proclamation in largely circulated newspaper in the area such as "Dainik Lokmat", in addition to regular 1/2

mode of service, returnable after eight weeks. 3.

Learned A.S.G. shall also take instructions as to who is the Liquidator appointed for Respondent No.7 Shubhkalyan Multi State cooperative Credit Society, Dilip Nagar Hawargaon Tq. Kalamb Dist. Osmanabad. 4.
