This is second anticipatory bail application filed by applicant. His earlier application bearing Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2020 of 2023 was permitted to be withdrawn, as this Court was not inclined to grant relief, on 4th January, 2024. 2.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that fighter, with which assault was made, is recovered and out of 5 accused persons, 2 are released on regular bail and 2 are released on anticipatory bail and hence, applicant is entitled for anticipatory bail.

No change in circumstance is brought on record by the applicant, since his application was permitted to be withdrawn on

Application filed by applicant is devoid of merit and hence rejected.
