By way of civil application no.3533 of 2021, applicant prays for permission to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent no.5A.

Although, deceased respondent no.5 died in the year 2012, proposed L.Rs. have no objection to allow this application. Consequently, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B and C'. Civil application no.3533/2021 stands disposed off. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
