Considering the relief being claimed, we are not inclined to entertain the petition, inasmuch as the petitioners are seeking to restrain compulsory acquisition of their lands and are suggesting few other lands to be acquired, without there being any parameters for this Court to undertake any objective scrutiny in respect of suitability or otherwise of the lands to be acquired for a particular purpose. 2.

The petition is dismissed.
