The dispute is about sanction of the staff. It is grievance of the petitioners that, the staff is not sanctioned as per the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act and reliance is placed by the petitioners, so also respondents on the G. R. dated 28.08.2015.

According to respondents, the sanction of staff is within the domain of the respondent No. 2/Director of Education.

In that case, Mr. Panpatte, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners would make comprehensive representation to the respondent No. 2 within a period of one week from today.

In case, such a representation is made, the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on it's own merits, in accordance with policy, relevant act and the rules, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the representation. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
