These are the applications for condonation of delay moved by the applicants/claimants.

Heard Mr A.D. Pawar, learned counsel for the applicant/acquiring body and Mr A.B. Kale, learned counsel for the respondents/original claimants.

Mr Kale, learned counsel for the respondents/original claimants has strongly opposed to condone the delay on the ground that no sufficient reasons are assigned by the acquiring body for condonation of delay. 4.

Having regard to the nature of dispute and looking to the volume of delay and for the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay in para Nos. 3 to 5, I am convinced to allow these applications.

ORDER

(i) The applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause 6(B). (ii) The Registry is directed to make scrutiny of the appeals as per procedure and those be numbered and placed before the Court for admission.
