Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant/claimant will not claim benefits of interest under section 28 of the Land Acquisition Act for the delayed period of 2719 days. Thus, considering the statement made, the application seeking condonation of delay occurred in presenting the first appeal is allowed. Delay is condoned. Civil application is disposed of accordingly.
