The petitioners in both the Writ Petitions had appeared for the first year Homeopathy Course (BHMS) under the orders of the Court. Their results are withheld.

We have heard Mr. Sant, the learned counsel for respondent No. 3 - Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and Mr. Bolkar, the learned counsel for respondent No. 4 - Institution.

As the petitioners have appeared for the examination, the respondent No.3 - Maharashtra University of Health Scinences shall declare the results of the petitioners' examination subject to the decision of these Writ Petitions.

In view of above, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
