Present application has been filed to condone the delay of 3299 days in filing criminal appeal. The applicant is a lady, who has been convicted in Sessions Case No.140 of 2010 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar on 26.12.2012 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code. She has been directed to suffer imprisonment for life and fine.

Taking into consideration the illiteracy of the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. 3.
