In morning session when the matter was called out none appears on behalf of the applicant and the matter was kept back, even in afternoon session when the matter is called out none has caused appearance on behalf of applicant. It appears from the record that since April, this Court has observed that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the application. 2.

In view of lackadaisical and slipshod attitude for pursuing the present application on the part of applicant, there is no propriety to keep alive the matter awaiting the appearance of applicant and his counsel. Hence, there is no alternative but to dismiss the application for want of prosecution. Accordingly, present application stands dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
