The learned Advocates for the respective parties inform that on 16/04/2022, hearing of application (Exhibit-5) is kept before the Trial Court.

The order impugned in the present petition is seeking status quo till the hearing on application (Exhibit-5) is decided. The said application was rejected by the Trial Court. Hence, the petitioners approached this Court.

By order dated 17/03/2022, this Court issued notice to the respondents and directed that in the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against the petitioners.

Taking into consideration the fact that application (Exhibit-5) is posted for hearing on 16/04/2022. It would be appropriate to dispose of the present petition by directing the Trial Court to hear and decide application (Exhibit-5) within a period of eight weeks from 16/04/2022.

Till then, the interim order passed in favour of the petitioners that not to take any coercive action against the petitioners shall continue.
