Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents/State.

The applicant and the injured were relatives. They have quarrel over the open plot as both the parties were claiming ownership over the said plot. Injury report of the injured to whom the applicant had assaulted shows he had suffered simple injuries. The material investigation has been completed. Similarly situated co-accused has also been released on bail. The weapon allegedly used in the crime has also been seized. Considering the facts of the case it would be not justifiable to keep the applicant behind bar. However, to protect both sides from further quarrel, certain conditions may be imposed.

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Tejas Uttam Watode be released on bail on furnishing P. B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No 19/2023 registered with Purna Police Station, Taluka Purna, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Saturday between 10 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till filing charge sheet.
