1] We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondents.

2] Petitioner seeks directions against the District Collector to decide the representation given by the petitioner seeking regularization of encroachment upon Government Gairan Land at Gat No.14, at village Jogeshwari. Learned counsel relied on judgment and order of this Court, dated 23rd July, 2015, passed in PIL No. 39 of 2014 and the Government Resolution dated 12.7.2011, so also the judgment of the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 1132 of 2011 in the matter of Jagpal Sing Vs. State of Punjab. 3] Petitioner shall make a fresh representation to the appropriate authority seeking regularization which presentation shall be considered by
