The complainant and accused are present alongwith their respective Advocates and submit that they have settled the dispute on account of dishonored of cheque. They submit that the complainant has agreed to settle the dispute on account of dishonored of cheque of Rs.65,000/- by accepting Rs.65,000/- as full and final settlement. Pursuant to the settlement the accused has paid Rs.65,000/- to the complainant. The complainant states that she has received the amount of Rs.65,000/- from the accused and

In view of the settlement arrived learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application seeking leave to file appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 12.01.2016 passed by the J.M.F.C., Nanded. Leave granted.
